How Our Social Media Management Service Works
As soon as you purchase, we'll ask you to provide us with any and all photo/video content you have for your brand.
We'll also ask you questions about your brand so our team can better get to know you and everything you're about.
Then we'll ask for login access to your accounts, get everything connected, and then get to work!
Content Planning
Edits, Captions, Scheduling
Our team will work with your content library to create posts for your social media accounts. We'll research what's trending, and ask you if you have any business updates to share or upcoming promotions.
If we have video content available to work with, and if it's included in your package, we'll make some sweet edits.
Then we schedule it all out according to what works best for your brands audience based on your best times to post.
Content Review
Content Calendar & Revisions if Needed
Once we have your posts scheduled, it'll go through a brief internal approval process before we send it to you to review.
You can approve, revise, or swap any piece of content that you like and our team will make the edits.
The longer we work with a client, the fewer revisions we typically see thanks to assigning dedicated staff to your account.
Monitoring
Monitoring Posts and Engagement
As posts start publishing, our team will check your accounts to ensure everything is uploaded without issue.
We'll also monitor your engagement for anything that stands out of the norm. (unhappy customers, negative sentiment, etc.)
While sentiment monitoring is not something we offer, if our team comes across something important we'll notify you.
Reporting & Analytics
Detailed Data, Review, Rinse & Repeat
On the first of every month, we'll email you a comprehensive report for all of your social media accounts.
Our team reviews this internally, but you have the option to jump on a call with us if anyone has questions.
We'll make strategic adjustments to your content and posting schedule as needed based on the data.
